CPSC has set up a centralized quality control department which is responsible for the quality control and quality qualification of the Group. Each business unit and subsidiary of the Group has set up its unique quality control system according to the GMP requirements. The quality control department of each subsidiary then assigns quality assurance staff to monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the entire process is under control.
Advanced manufacturing technology together with stringent quality control system ensures the product quality. The Group has set up quality control standards comparable to international standards being used in China, U.S. and UK. Currently, all workshops of the Group have passed GMP authentication and all subsidiaries have passed ISO9000, OHSAS18000 and ISO14001 authentications. The passing rate has been kept at 100%. At the same time, the Group has received 16 CEP certifications and 33 DMF registrations. 15 products of the Group have passed the on-site inspection by the U.S. FDA. Also, many products of the Group have received international certifications such as BRC, HACCP, IP, FAMIQS, HALAL, KOSHER, etc.
